How to Get to Gran Canaria, Canaries? – By Air, Ferry + Tips

Gran Canaria International Airport (LPA) is the main airport on the island and is located in the eastern part of the island, approximately 18 km south of Las Palmas. It is the fifth busiest airport in Spain, serving both domestic and international flights from major cities around the world.

Another ferry company, Fred. Olsen Express, operates services between the ports of Huelva and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with a stopover in Gran Canaria. This service takes around 38 hours and includes comfortable cabins and restaurants.
